Founded on December 12, 2010, the Rwanda National Congress (RNC) is a diverse political organization with a global presence across Africa, North America, and Europe. We are dedicated to ending endemic socio-political crises by transforming Rwanda into a nation rooted in the rule of law, where consensual democracy ensures that Hutu, Tutsi, and Twa communities are all equitably represented within the government and security organs.

Through our collaboration with the Rwandan Opposition Platform (P4), we work to replace the current climate of ethnic antagonization with a sustainable, inclusive framework for human rights and economic development.
